Questions

FAQ

How do I get a price?

Text or upload a few photos of the job with your city. Most small jobs can be priced from photos. Bigger jobs may need a quick visit first.

Do you charge by the hour?

Most jobs get a flat, upfront price, so you know the cost before we start. The prices on our services are starting points; your exact quote depends on the size of the job. If we find something unexpected, like damage behind a wall, we'll show you and agree on any change before doing extra work.

Is there a minimum charge?

Yes. There's a $199 minimum per visit. If you have a few small things, bundle them into one visit and you'll get more done for the same trip.

Do I need to buy the materials or fixtures?

Either way works. You can supply your own fixture, fan, toilet or TV mount, or we can pick up the materials and include them in the quote.

Are you a licensed contractor?

No. Orangecrest Home Repair & Improvement is not licensed by the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB). For larger projects that need a licensed contractor, we'll point you to one.

Are you insured?

Yes. Orangecrest Home Repair & Improvement is insured.

What areas do you serve?

The Inland Empire, Orange County, and the Central Coast with a focus on San Luis Obispo County. See the list of cities above, or just ask.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and no-shows have a $75 fee, since we've already set that time aside for you.

Do you charge a travel fee?

No travel fee in the Inland Empire or the Central Coast. Jobs in Orange County have a $150 travel fee per visit, added automatically when you book.

How do I pay?

We accept Zelle, Venmo, cash, and credit or debit cards.
